Navigating the menopause – six-week programmes
Menopause is more than just a biological transition; for many of us, it is a period of significant shift in our personal and professional lives. If you are feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or simply like you have lost your spark, you do not have to navigate this path alone.
I offer two distinct coaching journeys designed to help you understand your body, reclaim control and build sustainable resilience. Whether you prefer the shared camaraderie of a small group or the focused attention of a private partnership, these six-week menopause programmes provide the map and the tools for your unique journey.
The Journey: Six Weeks of Transformation
Rather than a rigid syllabus, our time together is built around five core pillars of wellbeing. This allows the sessions to remain fluid and responsive - tailoring the order and combination of themes to suit the needs of the individual or group.
1. Focusing on Foundations
We begin by defining your realistic, aspirational goal that grounds our work and provides a clear direction for your health. This session also covers Symptoms, Hormones and a discussion to understand where you are on the ‘Menopause Map’.
2. The Power of Sleep
Sleep is key to a healthy, functioning life. We look at the routines and the rhythms of your day - and night - and working to form a structure and sleep pattern to ground you.
3. Feed yourself First
This session looks at the impact of Brain Fog and what changes we can make to reduce the cognitive burden. We review how we fuel ourselves, seeking to make new micro habits in our nutrition, hydration and movement, to increase wellbeing and energy.
4. Stop being a Superhero
Anxiety is a common symptom during menopause. This session looks at the science behind anxiety and looks at practical ways to find your voice and share the load, whilst decluttering your life - giving yourself the space you deserve.
5. Mastering the Medical Mystery:
Having discussed and considered ways of making holistic improvements to our wellbeing, this session focuses on the known treatments for improving menopause symptoms, including natural therapies and HRT.
6. Sustainability and Growth
Celebrations and Close: We review the journey you have taken, the changes you have made and what you need to do to sustain progress made. And of course, celebrate the fantastic woman you are!.
Choose Your Path
The Menopause Signature Path (Individual Experience)
What to expect: A personal one-to-one coaching journey.
The experience: Focused, bespoke support tailored entirely to your specific lifestyle, symptoms and home and work circumstances.
Format: Six weekly private sessions (in–person or online).
The Menopause Circle (Group Experience)
What to expect: A supportive, confidential space shared with a maximum of ten women.
The experience: Connection, shared stories, and the powerful realisation that you are not alone.
Format: Six weekly sessions (online).
